100 Club
100 Club Rules & Regs
1. The subscription to the 100 Club shall be £24 per year per membership payable in advance or by monthly
standing order.
2. Members may have and are encouraged to have multiple subscriptions.
3. Anybody can become a member of the 100 Club, it is not restricted to Ware (OH) Cricket Club members only
and you are encouraged to get family and friends to join.
4. Members joining after the start of the normal 100 Club membership year (1st November) will be charged a
pro-rata amount.
5. The 100 Club shall not be limited to 100 members.
6. A member is eligible for inclusion in the draw for any month so long as the subscription for that month
has been paid.
7. Each member is allocated a permanent number in the monthly draw. This number shall remain the member’s
provided their subscription is up to date.
8. There shall be one prize draw per month.
9. The draw for each month shall be made as close to the end of each month as arrangements reasonably allow.
10. The draws will be made at either the Ware (OH) Cricket Club committee meetings or in the presence of three
officers or committee members of Ware (OH) Cricket Club. All members are welcome to attend these meetings
to witness the draw as well as to air their views to the committee.
11. The decision of the Ware (OH) Cricket Club committee shall be final in all matters requiring adjudication.
The Ware (OH) Cricket Club committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their
absolute discretion with such reasonable notice to the 100 Club members as is necessary.
12. Monthly prizes will be awarded according to membership of the 100 Club for that month as follows:
13. 50% of the month’s net payments shall make up the prize fund
14. 40% of the prize fund shall be paid out each month as a single prize
15. 10% of the prize fund shall be held over and added to the yearly super draw fund.
16. The remaining 50% of the net payments will be allocated to the Ware (OH) Cricket Club fundraising account
17. Super draw prizes will be awarded according to the 100 Club membership for that month and all previous month
of the 100 Club year, as follows:
18. The super draw will take place once per 100 Club year at an event announced by the Ware (OH) Cricket Club
committee.
19. The super draw fund will contain the normal prize fund for the current month plus the accumulated super draw
fund.
20. If the super draw is made before the end of the 100 Club year, then an estimate of the full 100 Club year’s super
draw fund will be used. No adjustments to the super draw prize fund used will be retrospectively made.
The super draw prize fund at the time of the super draw cannot be altered.
21. The super draw will have two prizes; the percentage split will be 62.5% for the first prize and 37.5% for the
second prize. The Ware (OH) Cricket Club committee, reserve the right to alter this percentage split, without
notice, up to seven days prior to the draw. The total amount payable shall not be less than 100% of the super
draw prize fund available.
22. If an ineligible number wins the monthly draw, then the prize fund will be split as follows.
23. 50% will go in to the super draw fund.
24. 50% will go to the Ware (OH) Cricket Club fundraising account.
25. If an ineligible number wins the super draw then a new number will be draw. This process will continue until
all prizes have been allocated.
26. The allocation of numbers and draw results will be posted on the Ware (OH) Cricket Club website.
27. The 100 Club administrators will make all reasonable efforts to pay or post prizes to the winners within one
week of the draw.
